Materials: the box is made by printed paper with glossy/matte lamination and glued on thick cardboard. The thickness of cardboard is 1200gsm, 1500gsm, 1800gsm, 2000gsm…etc. Our sales will help to suggest the thicness to match your sizes.
Surface finishing: the common sureface finishing of box is silver/gold foil stamp, embossing or debossing, spot UV…..etc
Packaging and shipping of custom rigid boxes
To make sure your boxes are safe on the way, our working room ready thick 5 layers cartons and wooden pallets for shipping. For the cartons, we could provide 2 boxes to carry, one carton inside and one bigger outside. For shipping cost, please share your detailed address to our sales and then they will suggest a best solution to ship your boxes, who will find a balance between time and cost.
