Materials of Printed Mail Boxes
Brown (Kraft) Corrugated Boxes
The most common corrugated material is brown color, meanwhile, it also have black corrugated paper, white corrugated paper..etc. And our team will suggest how many layers of printed mail boxes based on your sizes.
Printed Surface Paper
Normally the surface paper we used is 200-300gsm c1s paper or grey back paper to be printed and be laminated to protect the printing. The thickness of paper is matched by the thickness of corrugated material.
Printing Options
There are 2 options for printing. You could print on one side or print both sides. The second printing solution is one sheet of printed paper glued on back of the corrugated paper. And it could be lamination or not. This will be suggested by our professional team depends on the details of your printed mail boxes.
The inside of boxes is the color of corrugated paper when you only do printing on one side.
The inside paper is printed and laminated in case of being teared off after folding many times.
